WAYS OF WORKING
I start by understanding the problem before moving to solutions. Through user interviews and structured insight synthesis, I identify patterns in behavior and validate assumptions early, often using AI and collaborative tools to turn feedback into clear direction.
I translate insights into direction by defining problem statements, setting measurable goals, and prioritizing work based on impact. Using frameworks like OKRs and roadmapping, I ensure decisions align with both user needs and business outcomes.
I manage delivery through clear prioritization and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. I use Kanban methods to visualize work, manage flow, and keep progress predictable, supported by tools like Jira.
I use rapid prototyping to test ideas early and reduce risk before development. By creating and validating solutions quickly, I ensure decisions are based on evidence rather than assumptions, using tools like Figma and Lovable.
